Father's Day Sound Bath & Letter Writing

Join us after our metaphysical church meeting to honor our dads on Father's Day
Bring your dad along or your kids for this interactive day all about dads and gaining a deeper connection with them!

We'll start off with an immersive sound bath and light meditation to connect to our healthy masculine energy (this will be beneficial to both males and females), followed by talking briefly about the men in our lives and what they mean to us and taking a moment to truly see them for who they are. Afterwards we'll write a letter to our dads or to someone who was a father figure and helped to shape us into who we are today, you're welcome to give your letter to them but it's not necessary. Finally, we'll connect to dads out there who need our help and write some words of encouragement on an index card to be given to anyone you feel needs a pick me up
