Dancing is one of the best and oldest ways to move stored emotions in the body. It is an ancient practice that has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve cognitive function, move the lymphatic system, build connections in the brain, build community and promote connection with self and other.

There will be photography at this event. If you do not want to be photographed that is totally fine! We will be taking precautions to indicate who will not be okay with photography via wristbands.
