Founded as Horizons of Okaloosa County in 1992 and evolving into The Arc of the Emerald Coast in 2015, our organization has navigated many horizons—growing stronger with each one. Now, we’re excited to share our story, and more importantly, our future—with you. All while you enjoy some of the finest cuisine on the Emerald Coast, signature cocktails, and live music from featured artist Mo D’Vyne.
