Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year. As the light rests before its return, Full Circle Gallery, Well Rooted Coaching, Artesano Boutique, School House 4 Reimagining Education, and Dragonfly Yoga Studies, invites our community to gather, create, and illuminate the dark with shared warmth.
Community Creative Session
any time from 1:30–5:00 PM
Allow yourself time to pause for hands-on creation as we honor the light within and around us (1.5 hours suggested). Last start time available, 3:30pm.
Pour your own Herbal Soy Tea Light with Rachel from Well Rooted Coaching. Blend intention, herbs, and warmth as you craft your own natural tea lights.
Design a Clay Votive with Mercedes. She will provide pre-thrown vessels for you to carve, stamp and individualize. You will create a votive to cherish in future celebrations of light. Pieces created will be glazed, fired and ready to pick up at the end of January.
Meditation in the Light
5:30–6:00 PM
After creating, all are welcome to gather for a free community meditation led by Sharon with School House 4 Reimagining Education. Held in the serene space of Dragonfly Yoga Studies, the meditation will be softly illuminated by Mercedes’ handmade lamps and lanterns—an atmosphere of calm, warmth, and gentle glow.
Come for the creativity, stay for the stillness, and celebrate the light we share as a community.
The meditation is free and open to all.
