Join guest Kundalini yoga teacher Edwina Nearhood for a heart-centered gathering to honor the longest night and welcome the returning light. On Sunday, December 21st at 4 -6 pm, Blue Moon Yoga becomes a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and radiant renewal.
This 2 hour experience includes a powerful Kundalini Yoga kriya, a mantra to awaken inner peace, and a deeply restorative gong sound bath. There will be Yogi tea & cookies to follow.
Let’s celebrate the Yule season together—illuminating our inner fire and embracing the magic of stillness.

What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic practice that combines movement, breathwork, mantra, and meditation to awaken your inner energy and elevate consciousness. It’s known as the yoga of awareness—designed to strengthen the nervous system, balance emotions, and connect you to your true self. 
✨ All are welcome. No experience needed. Come as you are.
     Exchange is $38 +gst 

What to bring; a yoga mat, blanket, cushion & water bottle. 
There will be limited mats, blankets and cushions available at the studio.
