🌟 Winter Solstice Kundalini Celebration 🌟
Join guest Kundalini yoga teacher Edwina Nearhood for a heart-centered gathering to honor the longest night and welcome the returning light. On Sunday, December 21st at 4 -6 pm, Blue Moon Yoga becomes a sanctuary for rest, reflection, and radiant renewal.
This 2 hour experience includes a powerful Kundalini Yoga kriya, a mantra to awaken inner peace, and a deeply restorative gong sound bath. There will be Yogi tea & cookies to follow.
