- **Event Description**: You’ve likely been hearing about Project Mapleseed. This year, we are hosting two full training days at the North Peace Rod & Gun Club.

Project Mapleseed is a structured rifle marksmanship program focused on safe, traditional shooting fundamentals. It is designed for both new and experienced shooters.

This is not a casual range day. This is coached instruction that will improve how you shoot.

Participants will learn:

• Proper rifle handling and safety
• Natural Point of Aim (NPOA)
• Shooting positions and transitions
• Use of a rifle sling for stability
• Accuracy fundamentals that translate to long-range shooting

The program uses a 25 meter range to simulate distances out to 400 to 500 yards, allowing you to build real-world shooting capability in a controlled environment.

Whether you are brand new or have been shooting for years, this course is built to sharpen your skills.

Who This Is For:

• New shooters looking for proper instruction
• Hunters wanting to improve accuracy
• Experienced shooters wanting to refine fundamentals
• Anyone serious about becoming more consistent behind the rifle

What To Bring:

Bring the rifle you have. Most participants use a .22 rimfire, but it is not required.

Registration:

Spots are limited and registration is handled directly through Project Mapleseed.
