• Gentle and vinyasa yoga flows
• Transformational breathwork with Jorge Cano (Saturday)
• Guided meditations & journaling for manifestation
• Healthy, clean, vegetarian meals
• Relaxation, connection, and restoration in nature

• Friday evening: Arrival, welcome circle & intention setting
• Saturday: Yoga, breathwork, workshops & manifestation rituals
• Sunday morning: Closing meditation & reflection (ends at 10 a.m.)
