At Luminary Hotel & Co., memorable evenings bring people together through great food, conversation, and shared experience. Join us for a special Liberty & Legacy dinner celebrating 250 years of American service through a thoughtfully curated culinary journey. Presented in partnership with Sub-Zero Group, the evening also supports Hire Heroes USA, a national nonprofit that helps veterans and military spouses transition into meaningful civilian careers.

Executive Chef Josef Zimmermann will lead the evening alongside Sub-Zero corporate chefs, presenting a multi-course tasting menu inspired by the evolution of the American table. Hosted in The Workshop, Luminary’s interactive culinary studio, the experience reflects the same values of precision, discipline, and teamwork that connect the culinary and military professions.

Prepared just steps from your seat, each course will unfold throughout the evening as guests experience a progression of flavors that move from classic American traditions to contemporary interpretations.

Parting Gift

Each guest will receive a Kai Personal Folding Steak Knife to take home. Beautifully crafted and designed for both form and function, this folding knife features a razor-sharp 16° edge that cuts cleanly, helping preserve the natural juices and flavor of each bite.
