Heathir McElroy is the founder of Momentor and Momentor Parent University, a practice born out of working with creatives and business leaders, and years of investing in her own parenting journey. Heathir partners with schools and organizations to help families build stronger, more connected relationships. A mom, friend, sister, and sandwich-generation daughter, Heathir brings both expertise and empathy to her work, guiding parents with humor, heart, and practical insight.
