Classes will be every Sunday at 10am & every Friday at 6pm.

Join us Sunday, January 25th, for a gentle Hatha-based class for all levels, including beginners.  Plenty of modifications, options, and advancements will be provided.  Class is from 10-11am.

Class requires pre-registration.
Cost is $15.  Your first class with MMY is free!
Doors will open 15 minutes early.  Make sure to bring a mat!
(We will not have mats in FM, but there is a carpet floor.)

If we have enough interest, we might introduce class passes in February.
