Health Department staff and partner organizations will be available to connect you with referrals, additional screenings, programs, free and low-cost services, and resources that support chronic disease prevention, treatment, and overall wellness. 
 
Learn about resources from the Fort Lupton Recreation Department and our local non profits:
- FREE food resources with the Fort Lupton Food & Clothing Bank
- Silver Sneakers
- Free child care while you work out (restrictions apply to hours and ages)
- Teen trips and activities
- Nutrition classes and counseling
- Active Adults!  Low-cost weekly lunches, monthly trips, bingo, etc.
 
Some of the screening that will be available are: 
•Blood Pressure
•Diabetes (A1c)
•Oxygen / Pulse
•Facial Sun damage screening
•Body Composition (InBody)
•Loneliness Screening
•Colorectal cancer screening kit
•Radon kit (by regular mail)
•Blood Lead Testing for kids

 The City of Fort Lupton will be offering 5 random prizes for Health and Resource Fair attendees. Visit the Fort Lupton table to enter for a chance to win.
