Yoga nidra follows, guiding participants into a deeply relaxed, meditative state so everyone enters the social portion feeling calm, open, and present.No yoga experience required.Light Partner Yoga, Clearly GuidedFrom there, the group transitions into light, accessible partner yoga.This is not acrobatic yoga.
