If yoga and Pilates had a baby, this would be it. Think next level yogilates. A low-impact, high intensity balanced blend of yoga and Pilates designed to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility. Expect mindful breathing and stretching with core-focused movements for a full-body workout that leaves you energized and centered.

What to wear: We suggest lightweight, moisture-wicking clothes that help keep you cool and dry. Many students wear shorts or leggings with a sports bra or tank top. Avoid heavy fabrics that hold sweat. Class is practiced barefoot.

What to bring: A yoga mat, a sweat towel and a water bottle. Some students also bring a mat towel, which may be nice if you have a tendency to sweat a lot. We have mats and sweat towels for rent, water for purchase, and a water fountain to fill up your bottle. We will have all the necessary props for your class (blocks, straps, etc.).
