The soothing vibrations of a Tibetan singing bowl and chimes will accompany our journey, helping to quiet the mind and guide us into the energy of the new season.This 30-minute experience is an invitation to become grounded, restore inner balance and move forward with greater awareness and intention.No meditation experience is necessary.
