Afterwards, indulge in deep relaxation and 🧘‍♀️✨ meditation while you absorb the soothing vibes of the ocean🌊.This experience is welcoming to practitioners of all levels, including beginners. The teacher will demonstrate poses and provide variations to ensure everyone can enjoy the practice.
