Join us for a night of embodied liberation beneath the sparkling lights of The Yoga Dome.

With your own individual headset, you will be guided on a journey through rhythm, breath and intuitive movement. This is where sound becomes an intimate experience and expression flows freely. This is not a performance. It’s a practice and an invitation to let go, feel the beat of your body and reconnect with your most authentic energy.

Whether you sway gently, dance wildly, or simply move as you breathe, this somatic ecstatic dance is about releasing what’s been held and reclaiming the joy of being in motion.

Expect grounding somatic cues, soul-stirring music, a safe and supportive space and the freedom to move however your body desires.
