Mandatory Events: Gown all age groups and Fun Fashion Mini-Classic (Weebaby and Baby: $60 Mini-Classic: $80)
Gown:(Wee Baby – Classic) All contestants will model a gown of their choice on stage that makes them feel beautiful and special. Wee Baby will wear a short dress. Baby Miss - Petite Miss may model a short or long gown and Preteen Miss and up will model a long gown. Gowns should be age appropriate and flattering to the contestant. Fun Fashion:(Mini – Classic) Work the runway and let your personality shine! Show the judges how you strut your stuff! No pro-am style modeling. No bare midriff in Mini Miss - Petite Miss, for
Preteen Miss and up, if midriff shows, it must be tasteful. Immediate Family discount $10.00 off for second entry.
Optional Event: Photogenic: $10.00 (extra photos $5.00 each) (Wee Baby – Classic Ms) Photos will be submitted at registration and should be no larger than 8.5x11. Photos should be age appropriate with natural or light retouching and may be black/white or color. No glitz photos. You may submit up to 6 total photos.

Junior 13-15yrs, Teen 16-19yrs, Elegant 20-29yrs (single or married), Classic Ms. 30yrs+
A Tiny Miss modeling pattern will be used!!
Mini-Classic with the highest mandatory scores for a chance to win Young Miss Highpoint (4-9yrs) or Senior Miss Highpoint (10+) Titles. WEEBABY AND BABY MISS CONTESTANTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR HIGHPOINTS! Awards: Queens & Highpoint winners will receive an Embroidered Sash, Round Crown and FEES off of Tiny Miss VA & DC 2026. With 50 PAID contestants, Young/Senior Miss will win $200 off and Age Divisions will win $100 off Tiny Miss VA/DC 2026.
Community Service Project: Read to Succeed. Each contestant is asked to bring 3 new books for ages PreK-1st grade. We will award a Community Service Winner to the contestant who donates the most books.
