- **Event Description**: Middle school is a BIG transition, and for many girls, it can feel exciting, confusing, overwhelming, and nerve-wracking all at once. ?

That’s why we created **Welcome to Middle School**, a special summer retreat just for girls entering **6th grade this fall**.

This fun, supportive experience is designed to help girls feel more **confident, prepared, and excited** about middle school before the school year even begins.

Over **3 summer sessions**, girls will have the chance to ask questions, build friendships, learn important life skills, and realize they’re not alone in what they’re feeling.

Together, we’ll talk about:
✨ Changing friendships
✨ Healthy periods & changing bodies
✨ Stress management
✨ Staying organized for middle school
✨ Confidence and navigating new experiences

And because learning should be fun, girls will also enjoy:
? Mini facials led by a real esthetician
? Crafts and creative activities
? Healthy Period talk done in a way that's not "cringe"
? A special Q&A panel with girls who just finished their first year of middle school (ask them ANYTHING!)

Our goal? To help girls walk into middle school feeling more supported, more prepared, and more like themselves.
