The general format of the run is to break up into groups: "Extra-Medium" and "Casual". Each group will stop and re-group at three points along the route. This is a no-drop run, and all paces are welcome. ?

This is no set host for this run, I set this to repeat post for every Thursday. Folks that know the ropes please look after the newbies.

We'll start at 6:00 PM sharp, so plan to arrive a few minutes early. It's post daylight savings so it will be dark, bring a light. We normally run a 5-mile loop around Pineridge Natural Area that includes the Timber Trail and looping around Dixon Reservoir. If Timber Trail is closed due to mud we will slightly modify the route to avoid the closure. If extra muddy or icy we'll take to the Spring Creek paved trail.

Please leash your dogs. As ambassadors for our sport and the trails we need to be mindful of park regulations. We love dogs at our runs and appreciate you playing a part in setting a good example.
