Be in a room of inspiring women who celebrate our wins and hold our hard humanity with health.Somatic Strategy: Practical tools for establishing boundaries, cultivating balance, and prioritizing your well-being in everyday life in high and low seasons. Pay attention to what is working and what is no longer working and how you want to integrate that awareness.What to wear: Dress comfortably in what makes you feel good! If that's athletic wear or a more dressed up outfit- we love it. We will have comfy seating options and want the women who come to feel comforable in their bodies. Come as yourself. This is a day for restoration so I definitely recommend being cozy. There will be no food provided, but feel free to bring your dinner or snack with you if you need.
