Join us for SOUL SUP+PORT - a free community gathering on the water at Horsetooth Reservoir. This is a morning to unplug, connect + slow down. We'll meet at the South Bay boat launch for a floating meditation, gentle distance Reiki + shared stillness surrounded by nature. Then we will spend the rest of our time in community - floating, paddling + hanging out alone or with others - you get to manage your own energy.

This event is open to all adults - no experience needed - just your own paddleboard, a life vest + a willingness to be present.

Whether you come to connect or quietly float alongside others, this is your invitation to reset your nervous system + remember you’re not alone.

Free to attend. Space is limited , registration is required.
