The flow of this hour long class will include a short grounding meditation, gentle somatic movement designed to bring calm and relaxation into the body and a sound bath including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Koshi chimes and other therapeutic instruments. It is designed with care to be a grounding, deeply relaxing experience for the body, mind and spirit.
