Re+Center: A Sanctuary of Stillness

Step into a deeply nurturing workshop designed to soothe your nervous system and restore inner calm.

We begin in sacred circle, co-creating a communal altar to honor intention and presence. You’ll then move through gentle breathwork and EFT tapping — simple, accessible rituals to release stress and reconnect with ease.

From there, melt into a restorative yoga practice infused with hands-on Reiki for energetic support and deep relaxation. We close with a sound bath of drum, crystal singing bowls, and chimes, wrapping you in healing vibrations that invite surrender and serenity.

This immersive experience is crafted to help you let go, receive, and recalibrate. Expect to leave feeling lighter, held, and profoundly rested — like the best nap of your life, wrapped in care and quiet renewal.
