No journaling experience necessary. Mary will guide you on an inner journey, give journaling prompts and share insights. 


The group experience is supportive, sacred and inspiring. You will leave with a connection to your inner guidance system and maybe a goal or two to see you through the months ahead. 




Led by  Mary D'Agostino. Mary is a Professional Intuitive,  Spiritual Counselor, Psychic Medium,  Astrologer, CRMT/P, Educator, Author,  Artist and Ceremonialist. Combining these varied skills, Mary created Heart of Gaia Creative Healing Arts.
