Mindful Art

You’re invited to create and explore with us every third Friday! This is a free offering for anyone who would like to practice mindful art while in a community space.

You may bring your own supplies or use ours.

During the first 10 minutes, the facilitator will share their artistic process of the optional activity. For the month of December, various kinds of holiday/winter solstice/blank cards will be available for you to connect with various prompts and create mindful snail mail.
