Animal Future:
Fueled by the fury of the forgotten, Colorado based Animal Future crafts music that hits where it hurts—tackling mental health, addiction, and the dehumanizing weight of a corporate-run world. With raw energy and socially conscious grit reminiscent of IDLES, their sound moves from indie rock to grungy pop and old-school punk, with Radiohead-esque soundscapes adding a layer of unpredictability. Think Modest Mouse, Pixies, and Yeah Yeah Yeahs, with a female vocalist who can belt Paramore-level power or let loose raw, unapologetic screams, that’ll keep you guessing. The Upstairs Basement:
5 different artists coming together to create a unique sound! Originally started by lead singer, Jo Durnil, and drummer Josh Olin, the band was officially formed in 2023 at an open mic. Later joined bassist J Fiorino, and after some member changes, they found permanent guitarists in Owen Maier and Stevie Noyes. The band has grown into a full and diverse sound. We love nothing more than to jam together, whether it's in Josh's basement or up on stage. We are a small band, but we have big dreams and we cant wait to make them a reality.
