# Event Details - **Event Name**: Liberating Sound Journey: Gongs, Tibetan Bowls & Solfeggio Frequencies - **Event Start and End Date**: Sun, 18 Oct, 2026 at 04:00 pm – Sun, 18 Oct, 2026 at 05:15 pm (-06:00) - **Event Description**: A frequency-focused Sound Journey to clear negativity, fear, guilt and grief, anchored in deep, grounding vibrations. With NEW tuning pipes!About this EventPlease read all the way to the bottom to be sure you know how to prepare. In a nutshell: A frequency-focused Sound Journey using Chiron Gong (the Wounded Healer), a wind gong, select Tibetan singing bowls, and specific Solfeggio tuned pipes As we move through these blocks, we will be anchored in deep, grounding vibrations so we can emerge with greater internal peace. We'll finish with Peruvian seed shakers to "comb" the energy field in order to clear lingering fragments, reground, and return.About Sound Journeys: Gongs, singing bowls and percussive instruments give us a "brain massage" and reset with their healing vibrations and sounds. This can help our noisy "monkey minds" get quiet as we shift to a Theta brainwave state from our usual Beta and Alpha states. We can relax more deeply than in our normal state of mind, and experience peace and healing on a cellular level. Chiron, a 32" planetary gong called the wounded healer, is especially potent for a deep release and recalibration. Some people report physical, emotional, mental or spiritual shifts, such as pain relief, improved sleep, sense of clarity, calm, release of tension, feeling revitalized and much more. What to expect: Come with your intentions for deeper listening, releasing, being. Whatever is meant to happen for you will and whatever is not meant to happen will not.Need to know: Please do not wear any perfumes or cologne to this event, as some may be allergic.Note: There are 3 steps getting into the building. The only restroom is in the basement, requiring a flight of steps. Please arrive about 5-10 minutes before the start time to prepare for the experience, and silence your phone upon entering. Understand that late arrivals will not be admitted once the sound journey has begun, out of respect for the group's experience. If the door is closed, please do not knock and disturb the session. Please bring: whatever makes you comfy either lying on laminate flooring for over an hour: a thick yoga or camping mat, (or even better is a chaise lounge cushion), or sitting reclined: a zero gravity chair is great. Also bring a blanket and any pillows or cushions you may want for support. I will have a limited number of bolsters for leg/back support and lavender eye pillows for those who don't have these. Let me know at least a day in advance if you need to borrow a floor chair or plan to bring a zero gravity/ folding reclining chair. If you have any medical conditions that may be negatively impacted by sound or vibrations, please consult your health care professional before signing up. These may include pregnancy (first trimester), sound-induced epilepsy, or mental health diagnoses that may be triggered by intense sounds. This session is open to adults and mature young adults only. Children love sound journeys too, so if you want to bring your young ones, please contact me to schedule a private family session.A minimum of 5 participants is needed to hold this event. If fewer than 5 sign up, those who had signed up will be notified and refunded.Refunds are possible until 72 hours before the event. To request a refund, please reach out to me. The sound vibration allowed me to get into and stay in a deeper meditation than I could possibly do on my own without years of meditation practice. After her sound bath I felt renewed and relaxed in a way that I haven’t felt in months."--Andee"It was the most relaxing experience of my life!! Annmarie's sound magic made me feel like I was transformed onto a beach with the waves rolling in and out and not a care in the world. You don't just hear the sounds, you feel it. So joyful! The experience fully immersed both my mind and my body..." --Jill"Sound bath was amazing- completely immersive experience creating a meditative healing.
