Basic safety and consent will be covered as well as knots and ties that can be used to restrain a partner. Participants will also learn a chest and body harness that can be worn as a sexy accessory in or out of the bedroom! Dress comfortably in form fitting clothing (like for a yoga class) and bring a water bottle and a yoga mat as we will be working on the floor.Everyone Is Welcome! A “couple” is defined as a pair of people – friends make great workshop buddies!All rope & safety scissors are 20% off at Awakening for workshop attendees.Please note: this is NOT a suspension class, we will be doing "floor" ties only. The skills learned in the class will help create a strong foundation for later study of suspension and more advanced rope work if desired.Required Supplies:One 25’ - 32’ length of cotton or nylon rope and safety scissors, longer rope is helpful for larger bodies and more elaborate ties.
