Michelle Bishop is a Sound Healing Practitioner and the owner of Zenergy – Breathwork and Sound Healing. Her path to sound healing has been shaped by a lifelong love of learning, nature, and holistic well-being.
Originally from Northern Wisconsin, Michelle is a former educator and previous owner of an outdoor sporting goods store. She now resides in Southwest Colorado, where she continues to find peace and inspiration in the natural world.

Michelle has attended retreats and trainings across North America—from Wisconsin to Arizona, Colorado, and Canada—each deepening her understanding of sound, energy, and mindfulness. She integrates meditation, yoga, Pilates, grounding, and sound healing in her personal practice and teaching, creating experiences that help others reconnect with their natural rhythm and inner calm.
