Join a group of people who understand what it's like to live with chronic pain. This group is open to anyone living with chronic pain or illness, and your loved ones.

This group will be lead by a licensed and registered occupational therapist in order to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and meaningful participation.

This group is FREE TO ATTEND.

What to Expect: We will begin with introductions and a quick ice breaker. Then we will together complete a nervous system calming activity. After that we will enter into guided discussion, including some prompts to ponder, or simple moderation of the conversation. Requests for topics or conversation starters are always welcome!

Feel free to bring a journal and a pen to record any thoughts, prompts to respond to later, resources shared, etc. 

This location is the Better Business Bureau building, centrally located on the border of Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor.
