This New Moon is a time for fresh starts, quiet reflection, and setting new intentions as summer transitions into autumn. Our reflective Sound Journey will offer a blend of gentle and heart-opening vibrations with a variety of instruments to support your spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.Alchemy of Balance is your invitation to slow down, receive, and transition into the next phase of life with balance and ease.This immersive sound journey acts as a peaceful portal, carrying you away from the noise of daily life and dropping you directly into high-vibrational frequencies, using Tibetan singing bowls, a planetary gong, Ocean drum, Peruvian seed rattle, chimes, crystal singing bowls and more.No experience with sound healing or meditation is necessary—everyone is welcome.About Sound Journeys: Sound journeys "bathe" or "massage" our bodies, minds and spirits with healing sounds. As you lay on the ground the sounds wash over you, calming your nervous system and often bringing you into a meditative-like state. It can help our noisy "monkey minds" get quiet as we shift to a Theta brainwave state from our usual Beta and Alpha states.This where we relax deeply and experience peace and healing on a cellular level. Your cortisol may decrease. Endorphins, dopamine, and oxytocin may be released. Some people report physical, emotional, mental or spiritual shifts, such as pain relief, improved sleep, sense of clarity, calm, release of tension, feeling revitalized and much more. (In short, your vagus nerve will be happy.)For some, it is a gateway to meditation and connection with the divine. It is different for everyone.What to expect:Inclusive Sanctuary: A welcoming, eclectic environment where you can show up exactly as you are.Guided Meditation: A gentle opening with intention setting and the lovely Monochord to help you quiet the mind and fully drop into the space.Vibrational Sound Medicine: Therapeutic frequencies designed to quiet the mind and support reflection, healing and balance.Gentle Integration: A soft return to the space with grounding instruments, leaving you feeling light, centered, and deeply renewed.Need to know: Please arrive about 10 minutes before the start time so that you can prepare for the experience, and turn off your phone upon entering. Understand that late arrivals will not be admitted once the sound journey has begun, out of respect for the group's experience. If the door is closed, please do not knock and disturb the session.Please do not wear any perfumes or cologne to this event, as some may be allergic. There may be incense, sage, palo santo or essential oils diffused in the air. Let me know in advance if you have sensitivities to any of these.A minimum of 5 participants at least 3 days before the session is required.
