Find a Teammate: 
Bring your partner and a creative team name.

Row Together: 
Complete a set distance of 10,000 meters. Each person rows 500-1000 meters, then you switch.

Compete for the Best Time: 
Your team's total time will be tracked. The fastest time wins!

Leaderboard Glory: All teams get to write their name and finish time on the Gym Leaderboard.


Creative Bonus: 
The team with the most creative name gets 1 minute shaved off their final time!

Early Bird Goodies: 
Goodie bags with healthy treats are included for the first 10 teams to sign up.
