Our Adult Taekwondo class offers a dynamic and empowering martial arts experience designed for all skill levels, whether you're a complete beginner or returning to training. This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and endurance through traditional Taekwondo techniques, including kicks, blocks, stances, and forms
$20 Drop in / $90 for a 5-class punch card or $160 for 10 class punch card
