Functional Training

This training class aims to provide you with the strength, endurance, power, speed, flexibility, and range of motion you need to thrive with your daily activities: pushing, pulling, squatting, rotating, etc. Through Dynamic Training, Metabolic Conditioning, and Army Fitness Test (AFT) Prep, our functional training class will utilize exercises that are aimed at improving your movement proficiency in these areas.

Class options:
1. January 5 - February 13
2. February 23 - April 3

Each class consists of 1-hour sessions over the course of 6 weeks. Sessions are offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Cost: Free

This class is drop-in friendly. Registration is not required.
