Yoga Nidra and Restorative Meditation is a deep practice of Intentional Guidance that promotes vibrant health, deep healing, restful awakening and awareness, and so much more. The practice is about meeting ourselves/our clients where they are and using this guided method to ease away from the adversities and stressors...to literally go from the doing to the non-doing. A practice of simply being. Oftentimes the practice is called Resting in Awareness Itself.
We are excited to present this Training in both a Weekend Retreat form, Online, or Both. In the training you are guided through several versions of Yoga Nidra, immersing you in the practice. You are trained through 10 modules that help you ease into and understand the practice. Offered a variety of sample scripts that you can use to get comfortable with the practice. And shown the science behind the theory.
Yoga Nidra leads you and your clients into a profound space of easing away stress as we journey through the energetic layers of our being (Kosha). Going from the Feeling/Physical Body, to the Energetic Body and Connection to the breath and energy within, through the Mental Body where we touch our emotions, to the Wisdom Body where we connect tot he Intuitive Parts of ourselves and then to the Bliss Body, where we find the quiet, despite the noise and stillness despite the movement. There we connect to our deepest levels of intention and let the whispers of the heart be heard, or seen, or felt, or....whatever. We rest in awareness of Being with what is.
This amazing practice is said to relax and restore that a 45 minute session is like getting 3 hours of restful sleep.
Throughout the training we show you the wisdom of the practice, teach you the structure of the practice, align you with intention and provide you with all the tools you need to discover your practice, your voice and how you will use it.
This practice has been proven to be beneficial for Kids, for Social Work, Physical Therapy, PRSD, Habit and Addictions, Resiliency, Grief, Anxiety and Sleep Issues and so much more.

The YOGA NIDRA INTENSIVE CERTIFICATION COURSE will credential you as a Yoga Nidra Instructor.
The cost of the LIVE TRAINING is $425 (A $100 deposit is required to reserve your space)
The Cost of the PRE_RECORDED ONLINE TRAINING is $325
At Meditate: School of Mindfulness we keep our in person courses intimate and comfortable “, capping attendance at 10 participants per session, so space is VERY limited. We encourage you to reserve your comfy spot for this “omazing” YOGA NIDRA INTENSIVE CERTIFICATION COURSE.
Deposits and fees are fully refundable up to 7 days before the event, 50% refundable up to 3 days before the event. Within 3 days we will issue a credit for you to use for another event.
*Course is eligible for Yoga Alliance CEU 20 hours.
Those attending LIVE EVENTS will have access to the online training as well.
The online version is available and can be taken at your own pace.
Once registered you will be sent a log in to take the course, it is approximately 12 hours of class time and 10 hours of study/practice. It can be done at your own pace. Upon completion of all modules you will be scheduled for a phone or Zoom consultation and follow-up with the program Director Bill Gisclair-Sullivan and then will be sent your certification.
