You'll start by collecting ingredients from our organic gardens where The Wharf St Distillery Bar staff will serve you up a summer cocktail or mocktail. Then down to the lake front to break down freshly caught crabs with our very own King Neptune crab fisherman. Next you'll take your bounty up to our chefs to cook up a plate of sweet chilli blue swimmer crab, shuck a few Wallis Lake oysters. Find your spot amongst friends, new & old at the long table listening to some breezy tunes from maestro Ilan Kidron.

We'll be running a seafood workshop educating attendees about sustainable methods to catch crabs from Wallis Lake as prescribed by NSW fisheries.
