I’ve designed this afternoon as a beautiful mix of learning and embodied experience - where I’ll guide you through a deeper understanding of why our nervous systems hold tension and how to release it gently. Passing on tools to help you and your loved ones (and all the interactions in between).
You’ll be guided through practices to help you to feel safe holding joy in your body - not just for moments, but a practice that you’ll come back to retrain your body to fall asleep and wake up with joy too.
What the Afternoon Includes:
✨ Understanding the Nervous System
A simple, grounded exploration of how the body responds to stress and safety — and why joy can sometimes feel harder to hold than tension.
✨ Gentle Nervous System Practices
Breath, movement and somatic awareness to help your body find safety and presence again — practices you can use anywhere, anytime.
✨ Guided Release and Integration
A supported process to help your body unwind stored tension and emotion in a safe, gentle way — leaving you with more space, calm and clarity.
✨ Holding Joy
Learn how to retrain your body to trust joy — to fall asleep and wake up with more ease and lightness.
✨ Connection and Reflection
Moments of quiet, sharing, and connection — a space to be with yourself and others in calm, grounded community.
