And for the Wharf St. crew, it’s personal — many of our team speak Spanish, and one of us hails from Mexico itself. We’ve danced in the streets of Mexico City during this festival. We’ve eaten pan de muerto fresh from the oven. We’ve heard the music, seen the costumes, and felt the energy that makes this day so extraordinary.

This year, we’re bringing that magic home to Forster — and you’re invited.

On Saturday 1 November, Wharf St Distillery will transform into a swirling carnival of sound, colour, and flavour. Here’s what’s waiting for you:

? International DJ — DJ Andre brings a modern Latin heartbeat to the dance floor, fusing tribal rhythms, Afro house, and Balearic grooves for a night that moves with the spirit of Día de Muertos.

Dress Like You Mean It

Día de Muertos is about going all in with colour and creativity. We want to see flower crowns, face paint, embroidered jackets, swirling skirts, tailored suits with a twist, glitter, feathers, and sugar skull artistry.

We’ll have giveaways for the best costume — so make it dramatic, make it joyful, make it yours.
