Rather than a traditional four-wines-and-four-courses format, the evening will begin with a Wharf St. X Dawning Day Limoncello aperitivo, created especially for the night. From there, settle in for four beautifully matched courses from the Wharf St. kitchen, accompanied by four Dawning Day wines, with Mike joining us throughout the evening to share the stories, personalities and winemaking behind each bottle. And to finish? We'll head back to the Southern Highlands with a taste of Dawning Day Limoncello alongside dessert - a fitting end to a night celebrating great wine, great food and two independent NSW producers coming together.
