Land Auction - Lake View Lots
Four premium lake view lots will be auctioned on Saturday 15th November. The four blocks range in size from 296m2 to 483m2 and all are mandatory two storey lots.
These are our very last Lake view lots. It's your last chance to buy and build opposite the lake with a stunning water view.
Potential bidder's must register prior to the auction.
Note that we are accepting both unconditional offers AND offers that are subject to finance. However, bidder's must show
- photo identification, and
- proof of funds (either cash in bank or a finance pre-approval letter from the bank).
