What to expect
Always wanted to try AcroYoga, or simply curious to explore a new physical experience? Come along for a fun and playful introduction to partner acrobatics and discover what you can do together!
New to AcroYoga? You’ll learn the foundations and develop your skills with guidance. Already have some experience? You can delve deeper into your practice, explore new challenges and refine your technique.
This workshop will introduce and develop the foundational and technical aspects of AcroYoga, including partner balances, movement and transitions. You’ll develop strength, balance, coordination, body awareness and communication while learning to trust, listen and work together with your partners.
AcroYoga combines acrobatic movement with a yogic approach, creating a space for playfulness, experimentation, connection and mutual support. Expect plenty of laughter, new challenges and the opportunity to learn some fun balances while working at your own level.
No previous AcroYoga or yoga experience is needed, and you don’t need to bring a partner. We work in groups and can change partners throughout the workshop, giving you the opportunity to meet others, develop your skills and explore different ways of moving together.
Everyone is welcome.
Don’t worry about your strength, flexibility or experience — you’ll be guided through the workshop and encouraged to progress at your own level.
We aim to create a safe, respectful, nurturing and non-judgemental environment where everyone can participate, have fun and leave their ego at the door.

What to bring:
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring a water bottle. Most importantly, bring your curiosity and sense of adventure!

Please note: Acrobatic activities require a reasonable level of physical fitness. If you have a medical condition or injury and are unsure whether AcroYoga is suitable for you, please consult your doctor before participating.
