December seems to bring with it a level of stress that may look and feel differently for everyone. With that in mind, I have designed a workshop aimed towards being able to manage that stress, however that looks for you. Imagine approaching the festive season with a sense of calm, a level of peace not easily ruptured by external events. A layer of resilience, energy and presence within.
An opportunity to have some time for you - in a season renound for giving. Gifting yourself the power of pause. A chance to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and revived. A reminder of what is important within our souls - as we connect them with our minds and bodies. Using our breath as a bridge between the two and of course - being present with what is. Using gentle movement & meditation as a way of holding space and listening. To create time for connection, with ourselves, others & the world.
Knowing that although our paths may look different, we are all just walking each other home.
