The Stables, Brodie Castle

Join us for an afternoon of relaxation at Brodie Castle where we will seek to connect with nature, our breath, ourselves, and each other. 

Meeting at the gorgeous setting of the stables, we will take a mindfulness walk around the beautiful Brodie Castle grounds, to stablise and root ourselves in place and in the moment and connect to our fellow participants. 

Returning to The Stables, we will use gentle and accessible movement, poses and breath work, led by Charis Yoga. Connecting to our bodies and our all important breath. 

After a short break, we will experience a restorative sound bath provided by Morag of Soulful Ness; allowing us to receive and absorb the healing vibrations that promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. The soothing sounds will envelop you, creating a tranquil atmosphere where stress melts away and inner peace blossoms.

This retreat aims to leave you feeling refreshed, recharged, and deeply connected to the natural world and the community around you. We look forward to sharing this journey of Ground Breathe Restore with you.
