Join local foragers Kirsty Wallace and Daniel Lacasta for an afternoon of foraging in and around Findhorn. Learn about natural foraging in the North of Scotland and collect your own foraged delicacies to take home or share with the rest of the group in the evening.
After an afternoon of foraging you will come back together to share about your experience. A splendid 3 course banquet incorporating freshly foraged ingredients will be served at 6:30 in a beautiful natural location.
Start: 1pm in the Findhorn Hinterland for reception and briefing.
The cost for this event is £95 per person. This includes reception ‘nibbles’ transport to the foraging sites local expert foraging facilitation and a three-course special dinner.

More details of recommended clothing and equipment will be provided nearer the time but all guests will need outdoor clothing (including waterproofs).
