Who this is for This workshop is open to singles and couples. You don’t need to come with a partner. Solo participants will be gently paired or placed in small groups. Couples who wish to stay together for all exercises are welcome to do so. No prior experience is needed, and sharing is always optional. ? What to expect A calm, well-held group space.
