Lacey Elks 9/11 Candlelight Ceremony of Remembrance and Renewal

This short but reverent ceremony honors the memory of the citizens and heroes of that fateful day while celebrating the renewal of American Patriotism and Hope that ascended from the ashes.

The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks is a distinctively American organization, dedicated to the promotion of patriotism in our communities. Lacey Elks #2518 proudly hosts public ceremonies for the observance of Memorial Day, Flag Day, and Patriot Day, holds an annual essay contest for students in grades 5- 8, and honors our Local Heroes in December in effort to achieve this goal.
