- **Event Description**: All are invited to participate in this annual Light Up Parade. Meet at the St. Patrick’s Church Parking Lot at 4:30 PM. Just light up with solar or battery operated lights. Or create a float. We will march to the Memorial Park to have Town Supervisor TJ Entwistle light the tree and then go meet Santa with gifts donated by the Wigwam’s Toy Drive and donations from the Forestport Book Club and BlackRiver Boatworks. Hunter Hack Farms LLC will provide horse and wagon rides. Refreshments compliments of the Forestport Fire Department and their Fire Flys. 
This parade is dedicated to the memory of the late organizers Parker Snead and Bill Corrigan - the first parade was held in 2012. 
The spirit of Christmas surely is alive in Forestport.
