Absolutely thrilled to welcome Lynn Murphy back in Brussels for a one-day workshop exploring the pelvic floor, pelvis bowl and core through a practical embodied approach.

🌱A unique workshop to cultivate awareness, confidence and a more connected relationship with the female body🌱

This workshop is for:
🌸Women of all age interested in their pelvic health and well-being 

🌸Yoga teachers and therapists wanting to better support female bodies

🌸Therapists and practitioners working in women’s health

Lynn has over 3 decades of experience working with women’s bodies in the context of long-term well-being. 

MORNING SESSION: Pelvic Love Yoga 10.00-12.30

AFTERNOON SESSION: The Core of our Being 13.30-17.30
(with osteopath Sébastien De Sa Neves Da Rocha who will join us to guide participants through an osteopathic exploration of the pelvis area). 

COST: 110 euros (incl an overball to take home). Discuss with me if you can only attend half a day or need a reduced rate).
