By tying Atlanta’s history of resistance to its present-day art boom, the project shows how creativity continues to fuel renewal.The A Stands for Art weave together stories of resistance, resilience, and imagination — tying Atlanta’s role in the Civil Rights movement and the Black Lives Matter era to the city’s art boom today.
