I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if I have any health concerns.2. Acknowledgment of RisksI understand that yoga involves physical activity, including stretching, balance, and movement, and may take place indoors or outdoors in varying weather conditions. I acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, falls, heat-related illness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, and other personal injuries.3. Assumption of RiskI knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, damage, or loss arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities, whether such risks are known or unknown.4. Participant ResponsibilityI agree to monitor my own physical condition and to stop, rest, or modify any activity as needed. I understand that I am solely responsible for my safety and well-being during participation.5.
